Messaging platform and network approved and banned keywords

Before creating your campaigns, drips, and other messages, make sure it's using compliant keywords to avoid getting flagged by network carriers.

Banned Keywords
Do not include any of the words below in your messaging campaigns. The list below is not exhaustive of all banned words. At best practice, avoid any slang or deviation from the noun/verb of each category of SHAFT For more information, please consult your Voyage rep.

Customer is to insert the brand name in place of any noun/verb/adverb that relates to alcohol/firearm/tobacco products.

Bad Example
“Get tanked this weekend on 15% off select red wines”

Good Example
“This weekend only: take 15% off select Cabernets Sauvignons ”

Alcohol
Drunk, shit-faced, tipsy, lit, beer, liquor, wine, plastered, inebriated, sloshed, under the influence, tanked, liquored-up, hammered, wrecked or any deviation of getting inebriated.

Firearms
Shoot, gun, cap, weapon, firearm, gat, pistol, cannon, piece or any slang for firearms.

Tobacco
Smoke, butt, fag, puff, puff-puff, dip, chaw, snuff, fresh-leaf, nicotine, cigarette, pipe, vape, ciggy, one-hitter.

Hemp
MJ, marijuana, weed, tree, skunk, reefer, ganja, herb, pot, dope, chronic, nug, cartridge, concentrate, dabs, dab, hash oil, hashish, kief, keef, terps gummies, preroll, bong, blunt, joint, doobie, 420, any mention to marijuana strain.

Note: Network carriers can fine 1000 USD for promoting the sale of cannabis products.
