How to View Segment Usage in Voyage
1: On the main dashboard select the date range
If you are looking to check usage for a previous month select the first day of the month and the last day of the month.
If you are looking to view used for month to date, select the start of the month.
2: Select Custom Range
3: Select Date
4: Choose End Date
5: Submit Data
Click the “Submit” button after entering the required information.
6: Select the Messages/Segments tab at the bottom
When viewing only Messages this count will be lower as it does not account for longer messages and their additional segment use.
Always use the Segment tab to view accurate usage

7: Segments sent contains the totals used in billing for Usage
This tab will provide counts of segments used for all SMS incoming, SMS outgoing, and MMS outgoing.
sms incomming +outgoing are combined and billed under sms usage rates
MMS is billed under mms usage rates.
All rates are listed in your voyage contract
