How do I integrate with CartHook?

LiveRecover easily integrates with CartHook. Set up your CartHook/LiveRecover integration in these 4 simple steps.

Step 1: Go to the App Store within CartHook

To begin, navigate to the CartHook Apps page by going to https://admin.carthook.com/apps or by clicking on settings from your account menu, then click Apps

Step 2: On the Apps Page, Navigate to "Cart Abandonment" Or Search "LiveRecover"

You should see LiveRecover listed under Cart Abandonment. You can also find it by searching LiveRecover in the search bar at the top.

Step 3: Install the LiveRecover App to Your CartHook Store 

Next, click the green "Install app" button, and you'll be taken to LiveRecover to finish setup and connect your Shopify store.

Step 4: Connect Your Shopify Store to LiveRecover

As CartHook is built on top of Shopify, once you've installed our CartHook app, you'll also need to connect your Shopify store. Once connected, you'll be ready to start recovering abandoned carts via text message! 😊🌟

Step 5: Make sure the phone number field is enabled on CartHook

Some CartHook stores may have disabled the phone number field on their checkout. If that is the case, you can re-enable it by going to Settings --> Personalization or by going directly to https://admin.carthook.com/settings/personalization and setting "Shipping Address Phone Number" to "Optional".
