Because our plans are based on account performance, our billing works a little differently than most. Billing is also done differently based on whether the install was direct or through he Shopify app store.
If you installed through the Shopify app store, you will be charged for both the monthly fee and commissions on sales through Shopify.
Shopify will charge the subscription fee and the commission automatically for every sale we recover for your account.
If you installed from a direct signup link or on the LiveRecover website, you will be charged through our billing system as follows:
If you are on the Startup plan...
The startup plan pricing is $0/month for the subscription + 20% commission charged on recovered sales. When you activate your account on the Startup plan, $1 will be charged for the activation fee. At the close of the billing period, you will be charged for the 20% on recovered sales from the day you activated your account.
On your invoice, you will still see the Startup plan line item as $0. The commissions will be charged from the start of the billing period to the day prior to receiving the invoice.
If you are on the Growth plan...
The Growth plan pricing is $49/month +10% commissions charged on recovered sales. When you activate your account on the Growth plan, $49 will be charged automatically to begin your subscription. At the close of the billing period, you will be charged $49 for the monthly subscription and the commissions on sales recovered during the previous billing period.
On your invoice, you will see the Growth plan line item and the commissions line item with the number of recovered sales during the billing period, total of recovered amount and commissions percentage.
If you are on the Pro plan...
The Pro plan pricing is $99/month +5% commissions charges on recovered sales. When you activate your account on the Pro plan, $99 will be charged automatically to being your subscription. At the close of the billing period, you will be charged $99 for the monthly subscription and the commissions on sales recovered during the previous billing period.
On your invoice, you will see the Pro plan line item and the commissions line item with the number of recovered sales during the billing period, total recovered amount and commissions percentage.
