Ensure your account is set up correctly to begin sending text messages to your customers.
If you followed the steps in this article to ensure your Shopify store is compliant, you can make sure we will collect numbers to text message by:
- Reviewing your website's checkout form to verify that the correct phone number field is present and the correct messaging is visible in that field.
- Make sure text messaging is turned on by verifying that your "Texting Status" is set to "Texting Active" under Settings.
Once these two things are verified, you are all set!
