Occasionally you may be required to unsubscribe users from your lists at their request. This can be easily accomplished through the Voyage Dashboard.

From your main page, select "Settings" from the left pane:

From there, select the Advanced Tab:

From the Advanced tab, scroll to the bottom of the window pane, and you'll find an input box to either unsubscribe numbers individually, or in bulk via CSV file:

Either enter the numbers one at a time, separated by a comma, or in CSV file, one number per line, only phone numbers.

NOTE: Phone numbers should be in the format of +1##########
