Missing options in Segmentation or Drips?

If you're missing an option it may be due to one of the following reasons:

Potential reasons:

  1. There are no subscriber records for that specific option
  2. The integration for an option isn't set up or has an error
  3. Products must meet the following criteria:
    • Must be a published product in the store
    • Must have a unique SKU for each item to be listed
